Olivia May

Olivia is the Administrative and Operations Coordinator at the Lloyd A. Fry Foundation. She manages administrative tasks, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Before joining the Fry Foundation, Olivia studied Economics and Finance at William and Mary and spent a year studying at the London School of Economics. After graduation, Olivia worked in the finance industry before transitioning to the foundation world. Now at Lloyd A. Fry Foundation, she’s happy to get to focus on helping distribute funds to projects that make a real impact. She is passionate about ensuring the foundation’s mission and supporting Chicago organizations that enact meaningful change in the community.

Outside of work, Olivia loves playing board games, doing puzzles, baking, and hosting dinner parties with her friends. Being new to Chicago, she also enjoys exploring the neighborhoods and trying new restaurants.
