Leaders of Two Fry Foundation Grantees are Recipients of the New Leaders for Chicago Award and the Lab Artist Award

Carlos Tortolero has been named a recipient of the inaugural New Leaders for Chicago Award from the Field Foundation and MacArthur Foundation to expand the definition of leadership in Chicago.

 Vershawn Sanders-Ward has been named a recipient of Lab Artist Award by the Chicago Dancemakers Forum, an award granted to mid-career artists to research, explore and develop a new work of art.
